Nose
A complex bouquet of maritime brine, gentle earthy peat, and ripe orchard fruits like apple and pear, beautifully intertwined with notes of polished oak, vanilla pod, and a hint of dried mango.
Palate
Rich, oily, and full-bodied, delivering waves of chewy toffee, dark chocolate, and ginger spice, alongside the distinctive Springbank coastal salinity and a whisper of Campbeltown 'funk', evolving into dried tropical fruits and old leather.
Finish
Long and warming, with a lingering sweet peat smoke, dried fruits, and a dry, oaky influence, leaving a satisfyingly complex and slightly salty aftertaste that beckons another sip.
